Funeral for a friend, from down in the valleys the guys have made it far up here to the top! From going to 'who?' they're
talked about almost in every magazine (even 19 some gay girl teen mag haha) and on every channel of tv! They're even charlie
form busted's favourite band!WOW! Hehe so yeah 'nuff of that!
Funeral for a friend are Matthew Davies (frontman), Ryan Richards (drums), Gareth Davies(no theyre not brothers! bassist)
and guitarists Darren Smith and Kris Roberts, they formed early in 2002 an have since managed to get very far in the
world of Rock and Emo. Being Emo kings,as they are called now, funeral for a friend have released 7 ep's between order and
model, 4 ways to scream your name, 7 ways to scream your name, bullet-theory, juneau and escape artists never die, 2 versions
dvd and cd, cd including you want romance and 10 scene points to the winner.
Having released Casually dressed and deep in conversation on october the 6th 2003, funeral for a friend flew to the top
of the charts, with having track of the day for 'she drove me to daytime tv' by zoe ball!
The band have already toured numerous times in the UK,and once over europe with rock gods Iron Maiden! They also started
off 2004 on the NME brats tour with the von bodies, The Raptures and Franz Ferdinand aswell as doing a show in liverpool
to make up for a cancelled show earlier on in the month.
